职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
?Define and document Dealer IT infrastructure and VIDA service/support processes.
?Dealer IT infrastructure service project rollout and coordination.
?Managing and monitoring project progress, risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
?Define and manage the dealer infrastructure service’s KPI and SLA through supplier management.
?Manage the VIDA support KPI and SLA
?Manage and coach hotline or onsite support technicians.
?Collect and analyse report and source data to improve infrastructure services accordingly.
?Lead or coordinate other related dealers’ IT infrastructure projects.
?Communicate with internal and dealer users, vendor partners, and business stakeholders.
?Supplier’s payment management.
?Align and interact with Volvo Cars global service owners and infrastructure specialists.
Qualification:
?At least 5 years of documented professional experience in the IT Infrastructure field is required.
?Experience from a distributed international retail environment or automotive industry is a plus.
?Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant personality with a high degree of integrity and leadership skills.
?Strong analytical capability and work initiative and willing to learn new knowledge, quick learner, self-motivator and flexible.
?Self-reliant and result-driven working style with good planning and organizational skills
?Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Chinese and English is required.
?Vendor agnostic working experience is needed as the current environment is very fragmented.
