? POSITION OBJECTIVE

? To support 13% booking increasing in FY13.
? Increase order handling delivery rate from 94% to target 99%.
? Keep current good quality level( Annual CFB<7, Red light<20).
? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
? Enter order booking summary into JDE system in a timely manner;
? 1-1-5 Order timely handling;
? Clarify unclean with ISE&CA team;
? Run BOM in JDE if required from buyer;
? Abstract new end user/customer information then pass to address book team ERP maintenance.


? SCOPE

1. Cooperate with Contract Administration Department for order booking.
2. Key in orders to ERP system.
3. Communicate with technical support team to clarify any unclean.

? EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

1.Education / Training
-University or college graduated from English, Logistic or related major.
-Good English skill in both reading and writing
- Skilled in Microsoft office software.
2.Experience
-Minimum 1 years working experience.
