岗位描述 /General Description
客户项目经理负责项目的前期谈判,确保项目的实施与项目供应。管理项目运行成本和供应链设计方案与运行。与客户进行沟通,确保客户需求得到及时满足。
Customer Program Manage is accountable for the project negotiation, implementation and supply. Manager the operation cost and supply chain design and operation. Communicate with customer to keep sure the fulfillment.
主要责任 /Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 参与JIT项目的前期谈判,根据项目方案完成项目实施
Negotiate the project and implement.
2. 设计供应链方案确保供应链体系顺畅运营
Design the supply chain solution and keep it operating well。
3. 定期与客户沟通,确保项目的供应情况,KPI与产品质量问题得到顺利解决。
Communicate with the customer and keep sure the supply, KPI performance and Quality issue to be solved in time.
4. 组建与管理项目运行团队
Architect the team and manage it (if project required)
5. 与海外公司/供应商缺件的追踪与改进。
Communicate with the overseas companies and suppliers to track the shortage and improvement.
需求/Qualifications:
1. 教育与经验:本科以上学历,并有五年以上的供应链管理项目相关工作经验
Education & Experience: Bachelor degree and above five years of relevant supply chain management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. 语言:大学英语六级,具备良好的口语和读写能力。
Language: CET 6 above with good speaking,written and read skill
3. 可以解读公司文件,如安全规定,操作指导书与流程文件。
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
4. 具备较好的计算能力。
Ability to make calculations such as discounts, freight estimates, dimensional weight, invoices, and percentages.
5. 具备通用计算机使用能力。
Knowledge of general business computer software and aptitude to learn new software applications.
6. 熟练使用MS Office软件
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. 具备较好的供应链分析能力与经验,有航空或者汽车/工业部件或者化学品供应链管理经验者有限
Good experiences and Skill to analysis the supply chain mode and problem solution, with the supply chain experiences in aerospace and automobile/industrial parts or chemical supply chain preferred
