ABOUT THE ROLE
关于职位： IT技术支持/ IT Support（全职）
成为我们的IT技术支持，你将与网络营销团队、客户经理及销售团队、财务部门共事，主要负责建立和创建新的网站，维护网站的更新和线上平台（官网、微信、微博及其他第三方平台）的运营。你的工作内容将更加灵活，包括参与重要策划、平台运营和渠道拓展等。
As IT & Website manager you will work in a team of online marketers, account managers and customer service/sales staff. You will be responsible for building and creating new websites and update existing websites and our existing platforms (Wechat, 3rd party platforms, online stand-alone stores). The role will be flexible and will include other tasks as for example being a part in influencer campaigns, platform development and operations.
Responsibilities could include:
●建立并管理网站，完成日常平台操作
●维护网站的更新、信息管理和插件处理
●阿里云等服务器管理
●IT相关突发事件处理
●Building and managing websites
●Keep websites updated and install plugins
●Managing hosting, Aliyun etc.
●Finding solutions to IT related problems that may occur

Requirements:
●信息技术及相关专业本科毕业或以上学历，1-3年相关工作经验
●对在线购物和社交媒体有一定的了解和兴趣
●有基本的图片处理能力
●优秀的文字表达能力，英语良好
●Bachelor or Master Degree in IT or other related major. Young professional with 1-3 years relevant work experience
●Strong interest in online shopping and social media
●Basic graphic skills
●Professional fluency in Mandarin and good English language ability
