Lead the West China Sales & Marketing team

Responsible for West China Sales & Marketing Budgets and achieve agreed targets

Support local sales team in regard to daily business

Establish new distribution channels

Develop the Leister and Weldy business in West China

Leading the sales team, train and develop their commercial competency level to optimize effectiveness; Support the team in daily work to maximize local business opportunities
带领销售市场团队,培训和发展个人的商业能力以达到最优化效力,并且使当地业务机会达到最大化
Responsible for West China Sales & Marketing Budgets and achieve agreed targets
负责中国西部销售和市场预算,并完成预定目标
Implement the sales policy and handling the complaint and infringement
贯彻实施公司的销售政策,处理客户投诉和侵权
Establish new distribution channels
建立新的分销渠道
Monitor the competitor’s activities and report to Director Sales & Marketing regularly; Generate opportunity to replace competitors’ products if they have
观察竞争者的动向并向销售市场总监(中国)汇报,寻找机会取代竞争者的产品
Control the cost/expense of sales and marketing based on approved budget
根据公司批准的预算来控制市场成本
Establish business contacts to local material manufacturer / Key Accounts
与当地材料供应商和重要客户建立业务联系
Education level / 教育程度
Engineering bachelor degree is preferred / 工程学本科学历
Further education in Sales and Marketing is very much preferred / 接受过销售市场方面培训者优先考虑
Experience required / 经验要求
Above 3 years management experience is a must (minimum 3 employees)
三年以上管经验(至少有三名下属)
Above 2 years experience for working in an international company (European is a plus)
二年以上外资企业工作经验(欧洲企业优先考虑)
Above 5 years related direct sales experience in technical related industry
五年以上相关工业行业直接销售经验
Develop a new market or segment in any industry is a plus
有工业行业开发新市场经验者优先考虑
Working in the field of plastics or plastic related business is a plus
有在塑料工业品行业的工作经验者优先考虑
Languages / 语言能力
Good English communication in speaking and writing is a must
英语听说写熟练
Computer skill / 电脑技巧
Good at office software such as Windows Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook is a must
