职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Develop ecommerce strategy include but not limited in online product assortment planning, e-merchandising, annual spending budget and annual commercial calendar development.
- Open the new stores in T-mall and JD, own and manage the relationship with ecommerce partners, maintain and seek for more resource and innovative ways of cooperation.
- Responsible for developing and implementing e-marketing strategy, understand digital marketing that could coop with Global, digital and media manager to drive ecommerce traffic and sales operation.
- Hands on with day to day ecommerce operations, guide and manage TP to ensure the flagship store performance and consumer online purchase experience.
- Develop the measurements of ecommerce performance and monitoring methodology, analysis and be proactive to always improve the effectiveness.

Request:
- With 5 years working experience and at least 3 years e-commerce experience
- Be familiar with JD and T-mall on line store operation
- With experience to work with global headquarter
- Good communication skill and coordination skill
- Fluent English
