Position Responsibilities:

Goods Receiving Operations (Receive goods from OQA, inspect the receiving goods and make account, ensure receive the right goods)

Goods Issuing Operations(Issue goods to customer or pass goods to OQA, pack the finish goods and release the right goods to forwarder timely, ensure on time delivery )

Inventory Management

Finished goods Scrap Operations

5S management and make sure safety and goods quality.

Cleans and clears Shipping of any debris or safety hazard.

Follows proper Shipping and general safety and security procedures and standards.

Assists in other departments of the stockroom as needed.

Provides prompt, courteous service to members, employees and managers.

Position Accountabilities:

Communication - Articulates information, both verbally and in writing, in a way that can be easily understood by employees, members, and suppliers. Actively listens to employees, members and managers and takes appropriate action as necessary.

Member Service - Exhibits a professional demeanor toward others. Unselfishly serves others and assists members, employees, and suppliers in a prompt and effective manner while following company procedures. Is proactive and reacts quickly and appropriately in identifying problems, finding solutions and making sound decisions that reflect TI's Ethics.

Self Motivated - Well-organized and able to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to deadlines while working independently with minimal supervision. Maintains a commitment to honesty, integrity and high levels of efficiency and accuracy at all times. Accepts responsibility for his/her choices and decisions.

Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

Junior College graduates or above

Minimum 1 year working experience in forwarder or relevant industry

Computer Skills (MS office)

Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
