Position Summary:
The role will support the APR Controller and the Shanghai based LE Financial Controllers in the preparation of month end and year end management accounts and statutory accounts.
Additionally, as required the role will provide support with Accounts Payable and Cash Operations activities.
The jobholder works closely with the Shanghai based Finance team and the Global Shared Service Centre (‘SSC’) to ensure the accurate & timely delivery of information.

Job Responsibilities:
(1) General Ledger
Specific activities
? Support the China Legal Entity Finance Controller in the delivery of the following activities.
a.) Prepare local GAAP Fixed Assets adjustment report and process in MS Dynamics.
b.) Monthly preparation of the Local GAAP excel report for the Chinese government - In Chinese Language
c.) Preparation and submission of statutory report on Statistics, on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
d.) Foreign exchange annual filing
e.) Annual importation/exportation FX data filling
f.) Registration of individual FX transactions relating to Receipts/Payments in the government website
? Provide General ledger support to other legal entities supported by the Centre of Excellence

(2) Locally assigned activities – Accounts Payable & Cash Operations
? Utilizing appropriate resources, responsible for the delivery of retained Account Payable and Cash Operations activities

Job Requirements:
(1) Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Finance, ideally within a Shared Services
Centre, providing services to a multinational organization
(2) Part qualified & studying towards a Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA,
CIMA or local equivalent)
(3) A good working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or preferably MS Dynamics
(4) Strong in excel, proficient in pivot tables & look ups
(5) Basic knowledge of Chinese local GAAP
(6) Working knowledge about differences between IFRS ledgers and transforming these to
local Chinese GAAP
(7) Must be results oriented, decisive, proactive and focused.
(8) Needs to be able to build working relationships with colleagues from businesses and external/other internal stakeholders.
(9) Must be goal oriented and be accepting of change within the work environment.
(10) Ability to read, write and speak in Chinese and English is essential.
