职位描述：
? Maintenance of all IT systems and Networks with current software versions and security patches to meet the highest possible systems and network availability to the end users
? Maintenance all servers and network hardware with optimum performance levels
? Effective implementation of IT help desk, service management tools, and other ITIL processes to improve user satisfaction and customer service
? Analyze, design, implement and maintain IT solutions that meet the needs of the business
? Ensure network access control and appropriate levels of security on data centers, servers, and databases
? Interact with all levels of the management to ensure successful and timely delivery of IT services.
? Assist all departments with the implementation of new systems by organizing training, conversion, and deployment/startup activities.
? Strong vendor management skills including contract management, vendor and expense management and strong negotiation skills to ensure the Company receives the highest level of value possible.
? Interact and communicate effectively with International/Overseas business partners for establishing an effective network and technology infrastructure for systems integration and collaborative project tasks.
? Provides training to end users on new IT solutions and technologies
? Responsible for license and asset management functions including software license compliance.
? Performs other duties as assigned.

任职要求：
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required
o Expertise and Certifications in Microsoft networks, Microsoft Windows operating systems, MS Exchange, VMWare, Firewalls, Telecommunications, and Cisco Routers
o End user support in Linux, Unix OS environments besides Microsoft environment is a must
o 5 to 7 years of IT Infrastructure Services experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing a data center environment
o At least 3 years of experience as an IT Manager with a proven leadership in managing Information Technology department with an employee count of 200+
o Must have managed and led a team of at least 2 to 5 IT professionals
o Experience in managing IT functions at an Avionics and/or electronics company with a focus on engineering activities will be a positive factor
o Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues is a must
o Experience managing global infrastructure or operations is a positive factor.
o Data center management (preferably building of data centers) and disaster recovery planning experience is a must.
o Strong interpersonal, and communication skills is required. Proficiency in English is also required to communicate with international IT teams of the business partners.
o Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
o Strong customer-service orientation.
o Self-motivated, hard-working, results-oriented professional with the highest integrity who can build trust and credibility quickly.
