岗位职责
1.负责开拓及建立目标学校，校园渠道维系及开展校园招聘；
2.策划与实施重点本科院校校园招聘专案；
3.维护校园社团,举办校园宣讲会；
4.充分利用校园招聘渠道满足公司的人才需求；
5.协助做好校园招聘与任用的具体事务性工作，包括发放招聘启事、收集和汇总应聘资料、安排面试人员、跟踪落实面试人员的情况等。


任职资格
1.人力资源、心理学或管理学等相关专业本科以上学历；
2.二年以上工作经验， 对校企合作，学校开发有丰富的经验，有一定的学校资源者优先；
3.有亲和力，擅于沟通与协调，办事沉稳、细致，有责任心，思维敏捷，有一定的谈判技巧，能独立开展渠道开拓工作；
4.能够承受一定的压力和工作强度，有旺盛的精力，较强的实干与敬业精神，能独立开展校园招聘工作。
