职位描述:

1、 准确理解公司产品信息，为客户提供电话咨询和支持服务，解决用户咨询和疑难问题。
2、 通过电话、在线聊天工具和邮件，收集客户相关信息和需求，并及时跟踪及处理客户反馈，定期开展客户回访和

客户满意度调查工作。
3、 客户关系维护工作，在线沟通及接听电话解答顾客咨询，引导用户在网站上顺利的购买，促成交易。
4、 及时处理客户投诉，并将相关投诉内容和建议做好记录和反馈。
5、 协助公司各类活动的开展与执行。

任职要求：
1、 女性，中专以上学历，年龄18—28岁。
2、 声音甜美，普通话标准，性格开朗，有较强的亲和力。

3、 工作积极主动、认真细致、责任心强，语言表达能力和沟通协调能力强。

4、 有上进心，能快速学习和掌握各项业务知识和系统操作，不断提升业务水平。

5、 热爱服务行业，具有较强自我管理能力，团队意识较强。

6、 吃苦耐劳，能承受一定的工作压力。

7、 熟练操作WORD、EXCEL等办公软件，熟练使用互联网。

8、 有淘宝客服或电话客服相关经验者优先，同时欢迎应届毕业生踊跃投递简历；
