BD Manager

Requirement

· Promoting the construction / development' oriented Project Management services

· Building and leveraging the existing Project Management services

· Executing growth strategies in line with strategy plans

· Developing structured, strategic relationships with local business community

· Branching out to develop 'on the ground' relationships with Multi-national Corporations (MNCs)

· Reporting in against strategic plan deliverables

· Updating and owning local marketing material (presentations, proposals etc) and ensuring branding and content are aligned to driven by Hub BD Director

· Support P&L Heads and BD Hub Director with presentations and proposal preparation

· Actively attending industry and networking events

Requirement

· 5-10 years technical experience in the real estate field, preferably in construction, design or development

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin

· Experience working in the corporate sphere - ideally with a large SOE or global MNC

· Revenue oriented

· A credible, integral and likable personality
