Job requirements:

• Knowledge of Linux. knowledge and experience in the design, implement and maintenance of Linux/UNIX-based infrastructure
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Perl/Python .etc.)
• knowledge of MySQL and Hadoop
• Knowledge of HA and load balancing technologies, for Web and Database. etc.
• knowledge of Internet technologies and concepts such as routing protocols, TCP and UDP and higher level protocols such as HTTP, SMTP and FTP
• Must be a self-starter that requires only limited supervision/guidance. Is seen as a person who presents with honesty and integrity and maintains confidentiality at all times
• Passion for creating and playing games, no matter what platform or genre.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• 1-2 years experience as a System Administrator

Job Responsibilities

• Dealing with daily operations of services, including but not limited to firewall, Email, DNS, Web and databases
• Install, maintain and upgrade server software
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of network, servers, services, and ensure the availability of services
• Provide server system management functions, including system monitoring, analysis, auditing, and upgrades
• Advanced troubleshooting of emergency situations on the network, must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required
• Maintain documentation regarding network configuration, operating and troubleshooting procedures, and service records relating to network hardware and software
• Manage backup and restore
• Work with our network services to obtain the best high-availability, failover and backup solutions.
