职位描述：
1、负责本公司仪器的安装、维修、维护、售后业务、客户抱怨处理等日常工作
2、培训用户正确使用仪器、简单应用以及日常维护等工作
3、和客户保持好良好的客户关系及处理客户的诉求
4、整理现场收集到的信息并及时反馈到公司
5、做好本部门的相关工作记录

教育及经验要求:
1.学历要求：本科及以上
2.工作年限要求：两年以上的售后服务经验者优先
3.英文水平：能够读懂英文手册及回复英文邮件，最好能够一定程度的听说
4.常用软件要求：办公室常用软件
5.必备的专业技能：化学、电气、自动化等相关专业
6.其他要求：具有吃苦耐劳，认真负责，团队协作的精神；清晰的逻辑思维、很强的执行力，有强烈的自我驱动力；良好的沟通能力；愿意出差。 举报 分享
