RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sr. Business Development Manager creates the short and long term China go-to-market strategy for IC/MRO market in the Business Unit. Develops significant organizational-wide programs that drive top and bottom line growth, including addressing market gaps and offering development. Performs robust voice of customer, competitive analysis and diagnosis and market segmentation to target right offering(s) and positions offering(s) appropriately in IC/MRO market to win. Leads offering development through organizational matrix, partnering with key stakeholders (R&D, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to test, adjust and execute determined plan in market.

1、Conducts and maintains business / market intelligence, quantitative and qualitative data, presentations and sales analysis to identify and capitalize on the most advantageous macro business trends (technologies, customer need), and align the business to dynamic end market conditions.

2、 Drives Voice of Customer (VOC) and generates actionable insights from knowing customers at a deep level; buying partners, emotional & motivational habits

3、Leads value chain analysis (from raw materials to go-to-market relationships) within IC/MRO market to best understand value-added steps

4、 Performs continuous competitor benchmarking, develop competitive scenarios (threats/trends) and apply appropriate tactical competitive approaches to build a short & long-term competitive advantage in IC/MRO market

5、Conducts robust market segmentation and targeting analysis (factor & cluster analysis) for IC/MRO market driving new business model & product developments

6、Develops positioning strategy and builds distinctive value proposition(s) for IC/MRO market relative to market, customer and competitive insights/gaps

7、Identifies gaps and overlaps of product/service offerings within the market and effectively recommends solutions

8、Develops 5-year insight-driven IC/MRO market strategy to achieve Business Unit goals while ensuring functional and regional alignment to enable execution

9、Incubates breakthrough IC/MRO market pipeline opportunities, including new offerings, products, business models, and effective deployment plans

10、Supports the identification and evaluation of inorganic growth strategies including acquisitions, alliances, licensing, and partnership opportunities for IC/MRO market. Builds/recommends offering pricing strategy to best position for value in the market

REQUIREMENTS:

1、Undergraduate degree in either strategic marketing, business administration, for marketing preferred, MBA strongly preferred

2、10+ years related experience is a must, strong strategy marketing skill is a big advance

3、Excellent English skill in both written and spoken.
