Purpose:

Based in Shanghai, the National Application Manager will define and lead the Pre & Post sales process application support strategy to propel the business growth of Leica Biosystems China. The position holder will lead the application team China.

Area of Responsibilities:

· Define and lead Core Histology and Advanced Staining Application Support strategy.

· Provide high-level application expertise and product knowledge to the sales process to facilitate competitive success.

· Provide application and research support for Leica Biosystems products in China to establish and maintain good relationship with clients.

· Provide trainings and organize workshops for both internal and external clients for pre and post sales support.

· Promote assigned specialized products to potential clients and expand the customer base.

· Report market information to management.

· Hire, manage, motivate and develop talent pipeline for application team.

· Frequent communication with marketing, sales and service team to ensure the consistency of business strategy and the fulfilment of business goals.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor or Master's degree in medical with strong background in Pathology or IHC.

· At least 8 years' experience of application or laboratory research in Pathology and IHC field of which at least 5 years are with leadership responsibilities in a multi-national company.

· Excellent computer skill both in hardware and software.

· Able to communicate with top tier experts or key opinion leaders on the market.

· A team player with superior ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team.

· Entrepreneurial spirit and marketing innovation capabilities.

· Excellent presentation skills with excellent oral and written communication abilities.

· Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English is mandatory.

· Willing to travel frequently.

· Above all, unquestionable ethics and integrity.
