职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities:
? Drive best-in-class Industrial Engineering practices for business process & systems across GLOBALFOUNDRIES’s fabs. Efforts in this group are focused on maintaining standards for a multi-fab operation
? Maintain clear & accurate capacity planning (short term & long term) and capital asset processes for the fabs. Single point resource to Senior Management on all aspects of capacity and CAPEX.
? Develop the fab execution plan to meet the desired capacity requirements and drive drive Tool productivity improvements to meet the capacity commitments of the fabs.
? Timely communication process on Capacity declaration and Commit CAPEX plan to Finance, Business Planning and other groups requiring this information.
? Execute Commit Capital Expenditure plans & ensure spending is within approved Budget.
? Along with SMO, create value by driving the overall Capital purchase cost down by incorporating the long term tool requirements & Tool Productivity into improved purchasing strategies.
? Develop & enhance IE systems & automation in IE for better accuracy, faster response time & higher Engr productivity.
? Capacity support for non-fab operation.
? Ensure tools layout readiness, timely tool delivery & qualification to support capacity requirement. Mitigation plan has to be worked out in the event of any delays.
? Support “black box” corporate level projects, which are strategic to achieve the high-level business requirements for the company.
? Create the necessary behavior and action to improve KPI’s for the organization. To develop KPI’s in areas where proper measurements are not in-place.
Education:
Preferably Bachelor or Masters in Industrial Engineering, but Manufacturing Science and other Engineering discipline will also be considered
Experience:
? Graduates with min 10 years experience in Semiconductor manufacturing, at least 5 years focus in Industrial Engineering/ Capacity Planning/ Asset Management
? Proven track record in a similar capacity will be preferred.
? Understanding of capacity modeling and capacity/cycle time trade-offs is highly regarded.
? Experience in managing cross-functional teams that rely heavily on working with external groups to accomplish the team’s objectives.
