职位描述：

Division: Marketing

Location: Beijing

To ensure all BMW Central campaigns are well implemented at region/dealer level.

To design various tool box to support sales.

Major Responsibilities:

• Proactively coordinate with regions to work out various promotional events/tools to support sales.


• Ensure BMW central marketing initiatives are well-implemented in regions and brand consistency.


• Design nationwide product launch/theme tour/events.


• Design various toolbox for regions to support sales and branding.


• Participate launch team meeting, make action plans and monitor the implementation.


• Other tasks assigned by line manager.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with marketing and/or communication subjects as majors.


• At least 3 years marketing experience in multinational companies, ideally with automotive background or premium brands.


• Good marketing knowledge and strong project management capability


• Organized, multi-tasking, proactive and detail-oriented.


• Good communication & interpersonal skills and team spirit


• Proficiency in English both in reading and written.


• Willingness to travel.


• Can work under pressure.
