职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 主要负责中高端客户猎头服务；
2. 建立人才搜寻渠道，了解中高级人才的动态信息；
3. 与客户沟通，了解客户需求信息，提供招聘方案与计划；
4. 进行职位分析，制定详细的寻访方案，选择寻访渠道；
5. 搜索、面试、评估、筛选及推荐候选人；
6. 向客户做候选人面试安排、结果反馈、背景调查及后续跟踪服务；
7. 保持与维护客户和被录用者良好的关系。

职位描述：
1、待遇：底薪+行业领先提成+年终奖，底薪部分6000-10000不等，周末双休，带薪年假5-10天。
2、福利：公司缴纳五险，法定节假日，带薪年假、带薪病假、每月Team Building，完善的内部培训和职场经理人培训体系。
3、职业发展：寻访员—猎头助理—猎头顾问—高级猎头—资深顾问—Teamleader—行业总监—合伙人。
4、岗位要求：5年以上工作经验，如无猎头行业工作经验，要求悟性高、沟通能力强、学习动力强、有奋斗精神。
