Position Summary:

Lead Warehouse team to manage material and finished goods storing and handling at internal and external 3PL warehouse, strategically engage operations, sourcing, suppliers, and other functions driving systematic and physical process improvements. Utilize Lean manufacturing methodology to simplify supply chain processes. Implement best practice models to ensure regional and global targets are achieved. Exhibit outstanding leadership and effectively communicate well with all levels of the organization including senior leadership.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:
？Achieve operational excellence in warehouse, including inventory and order accuracy, safety, and productivity improvement through all approaches like Cycle counting, FIFO discipline, EHS policy, Equipment maintenance, Operator Standard Work, 5S management etc.
？Enhance transportation management, such as Vendor management, DG transportation safety guarantee, Routine optimization on sterilization and Milk-run truck, Drop shipment for FGs and spare parts.
？Work positively and closely with SCM team to support Revenue Growth, OTS Achievement, Inventory Control, and Supplier Lean Programs and so on.
？Join in Tier 3 and Tier 4 Daily Standup Meeting to focus on special case tracking and driving improvement immediately. Setup regular review meeting between logistics team and internal customers to maintain good relationship.
？Play key role in service contracting with 3PLs and other logistics vendors by working with Global Sourcing, and Global Logistics teams, lead formal local service reviews with 3PLs based on well developed KPI.
？Support internal and external audit requirements relative to warehouse, transportation and distribution management.
？Develop team’s capabilities and skills to reach market leading level, establish stronger winning and supportive team spirit.

Educational Qualifications:
？University above graduate in SCM, Logistics or equivalent.

Experience Qualifications:
？5+ years solid experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Management in a multinational company, Instrumentation/Medical/Industrial filed is preferred.
？Extensive experience in managing various 3PLs.
？Advanced knowledge of Chinese customs regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
？Experience with Lean, Kaizen and/or Six Sigma principles a plus
？Familiar with ERP, knowledge of SAP WM or other WMS is preferred.
？Strong Leadership skills, 3+ year managerial position experience.
？Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross functional teams and governmental agencies.
？Good analytical and strong negotiation skills, high business acumen.
？Able to deal with complicated work under pressure, willing to travel in domestic and overseas.
？Good command of English, both oral and written.
