岗位描述：

1.日常混料部门生产计划的准备（配合生产计划提供的生产进度表）。

2.负责整个生产过程中的技术支持和监督。确保操作工在生产时正确使用相关机器和设备。

3.生产车间5S的管理。

4.辨别错误，分析错误，采取补救措施并加以改进。解决生产过程中操作工不能解决的错误或过失，按生产文件中指定的目标超额完成任务。

5.坚持瑞好的质量标准，并致力于提高和改善。确保机器设备在一个更为安全和高效的环境下运转。

6.负责班组人员的日常工作安排。

7.对班组人员的技术指导和培训，包括入职引导、考勤管理、培训测试和实际训练。

职位要求：

1.中专学历，化学专业或机械专业

2.有3年混料部门工作经验

3.有2年以上管理经验

4.有一定的英语基础。

5.能够简单操作电脑。
