职位描述：

What are my responsibilities?

l Develop, execute and evaluate marketing strategies for digital and traditional marketing lead generation;

l Content calendar: grow buyer persona targeted content along customer’s buying cycle;

l Optimize each marketing touch point, including top-of-funnel channels (Social media, blogging), middle-of-funnel channels (Lead nurturing email campaigns) and bottom-of-funnel activities in liaison with the sales team;

l Plan and host traditional marketing activities such as Trade Fair arrangements, Industry Associations-/ Chamber networking, Branding;

l Maintain and improve our marketing KPI set to continuously improve lead conversion.

What are your qualifications?

l Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field and additional Digital Marketing, i.e. “Inbound” by Hubspot.com;

l 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or business development, preferably in industry or automation;

l You speak English, our company language, and Mandarin fluently;

l Proficient in content creation tools and social analytics;

l The ability to work in cross-functional teams to drive market-specific business objectives;

l The confidence and skill necessary to negotiate successfully;

l An analytical mind-set that allows you both handle and draw valuable insights from data;

l The ability to quickly learn about and stay up-to-date on a broad range of complex topics and see how they relate to our business, even if the link is not initially obvious;

l You multitask efficiently and can easily cope with a KPI driven environment;

l Exceptional communication skills that ensure your thoughts, needs and intentions are fully understood;

l An excellent eye for detail that allows you to spot even the smallest inconsistency.
