我们客户是一家500强的欧美汽车零部件公司，此职位需要负责亚太区所有工厂的质量。工作地点：上海和苏州

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist regional operation on development and deployment of operation strategy to align with business strategic plan and to enable each facility in Asia to be a world class operation

- Be responsible for the overall direction on quality system improvement and execution, quality team development, quality crisis prevention and handling, etc.

- Offer guidance to QA team in each country to develop and strengthen solid cooperative relationship with operation, sales and other functions to minimize the defect in manufacturing process at minimum cost and reduce customer PPM.

- Support the localization projects and other VA/VE projects from Quality perspective

Key duties include:

· Identify right Quality performance KPI for the region and track the trend on regular basis

· Guide internal audit in each site to develop the quality awareness of each function dept., and to ensure quality performance is maintained and improved in a systematic approach

· Offer direct guidance on how to improve long term or serious bottlenecks in terms of quality in operation sites in liaison with other regional function head such as technical director

· Lead local team to handle quality crisis with key clients and follow up corrective action plan

· Monitor the quality team development in each site to ensure qualified team members in place to support the operation

· Direct the project management for key quality improvement projects, localization project or other synergy related project in Asia to support Winner’s circle, Growth track, Sierra, etc.

· Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Scope of Role:

This role will report to VP-Operations.

Education and Experience:

M2	B.S. Degree on material science or other engineering major	1. Over 10-year quality management experience on management position with multi-site management experience over 4 years 2. Over 4 years internal auditor experience in terms of TS16949, ISO9001 and other quality systems preferred 3. Experience to identify key quality KPI for multi-site and track the trend and action plan is a must 4. High frequency travel

• Strong business acumen and organizational abilities.
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication & training skills.
• Proactive and able to manage ambiguity effectively.
• Strong negotiating and time management
• Ability to identify quality bottleneck in production process and good at problem solving methodology
• Skillful to select and utilize quality tools based on the process nature
• Proficient in Chinese and English.
