职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Provide production support for SAP WM- ensure reported WM issues are resolved per service level agreements
? Status reporting to SAP team;
? Process Design, Evaluation and Explanation of Process Dependencies
? End user communication;
? Training business users.
Requirements:
？? Overall 3+ years of IT experience.
？? 1+ year experience in SAP WM modules;
？? Solid understanding of warehouse operation processes;
？? Strong analytical skills including the ability to perform extensive data analytics using tools such as MS Excel, including but not limited to use of V/H lookups, Pivot Tables, Grouping and advanced filtering
？? Quick grasping power and problem solving skills.
？? Excellent communication skills, including technical writing skills in both Chinese and English languages.
？? Bachelors related to computer science
