职位描述
Responsible for the installation, set-up, adjustment, preventive maintenance and repair of production machine/equipment, auxiliary equipment and office equipment.
对所有生产设备，辅助设施以及公用设备的维护保养及维修.。

1.Establish annual and monthly preventive and predicable maintenance plan, implementation and result follow up.
编制设备年度和月度的预防性与预见性保养计划以及执行跟进.
2.Daily monitor the machine/facility running status and anticipate any potential problem to be prevented or resolved in advance.
日常监控机器/设施运行状态, 提前预知并解决潜在问题.
3.Build machine/facility record, propose machine/equipment improvement solution and get it well implemented.
建立设备/设施故障档案，提出设备改进维修方案，并且实施.
4.Daily check, monitor and maintenance on fire system, industrial circulating water system, Boiler and Air compressor system to ensure its under good running condition.
工厂消防,循环水系统, 锅炉及空压机系统的日常监控及管理, 以确保其在良好运行状态.
5.Monitors inventory stock for spare parts, manage Purchase Order Request and Receiving when needed. Identify equipment needs and recommends solutions to Maintenance Manager.
负责对备品、备件的管理，包括物品的申购和质量的监控。能够对设备有一定的预见性，并提出合理的解决或改善方案。
6.Manage, analysis and control the maintenance cost.

7.Be responsibility to assistant of production to develop the production process and meet the quality goals.
配合生产共同改善生产工艺或设备，同时满足产品的品质要求。
8.Responsible for the TPM development within the factory
负责工厂内TPM的实施与发展。
9. Other assignments delegated by Maintenance Manager
维修经理委派的其他任务.

职位要求
1.良好的英语能力, Good English level.
2.良好的制图Good knowledge for CAD drawing
3.丰富的机械维修经验Rich on site mechanical maintenance experience
4.有工厂设施及TPM管理经验. Good facility and TPM management experience.
5.懂PLC者优先, PLC Knowledge is preferred.
6.5年以上相同工作岗位经验, 1年以上主管经验.
At least 5 years maintenance experience and 1 year management experience.
