Job Summary
This position is responsible for leading EHS 100% compliance and 100% safe for a single manufacturing location. People of the position as an EHS Leader will develop EHS site annual goals, in conjunction with Corporate EHS and the site manager, and lead the site EHS to achieve 100% safe on both environment and people. This person will enable EHS compliance, develop and implement systematic processes, and direct continuous improvement projects that will steadily improve EHS performance at the site.

- On the basis of all applied local EHSF legal requirements & corporate EHS goals to develop annual site EHS plan and objectives
- Implement and drive sustainability of systems, programs, and processes to support compliance and
management systems
- Drive improvement of management based safety system culture to reduce overall EHS risk for the site and achieve year over year continuous improvement of EHS performance including high level of EHS knowledge and competency among all levels of employees
- Monitor progress against EHS objectives and communications to site manager and employee population and develops and leads plan for continual improvement
- Resolve EHS challenges and create foundations for sustainable systems
- Apply a combination of logic, analysis, and experience to make sound, timely decisions and to solve problems 举报 分享
