职位描述：
Main Responsibilities:
- to act as a liaison between customer and the factory
- develop and maintain relationship with existing customers
- conduct desk research on export market opportunities and competitors information
- understand and collect product information and requirement from overseas markets
- incorporate and update sales and promotional materials for overseas customers
- proactively approach perspective customers and business opportunities and assist in business development activities
- provide standard quotation and product information to perspective customers
- follow up on customers enquiries with different departments in the factory
- provide operational support to export customers from factory side
- follow up on sales orders status and provide prompt feedback to customers
- regularly provide customer’s feedback to the factory to continuously improve on the quality of products and services provided by the factory
- incorporate monthly sales report and assist in sales analysis

Educational Background & Skills:
- University degree holder in marketing, sales, business administration, management or related
- export sales experience ideally with air conditioning products
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
- knowledge of other language would be advantageous
- internet research skills
- capable of multitasking and work under pressure
- occasional overseas travel might be required 举报 分享
