PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The job holder is manage the project execution from front to end, include design, cost estimation and proposal, procurement, site construction, safety, quality, payment collection, start up, commissioning and service after sales.
管理项目从开始到结束，包括设计、估价、做标书、采购、现场安装、安全、质量、收款、调试、移交及售后服务。具体如下：
?Lead/Participation in proposal development activities with sales and design team.
牵头销售和设计团队完成项目投标书。
?Proactively identify and resolve issues through effective coordination with customers, vendors, client and other contractors
预判并通过协调解决各种问题。
?Manage subcontractors throughout project construction
项目实施过程中管理工程商。
?Project local register and keep the good relationship with local Government.
项目当地注册并维持与当地政府（相关部门）良好的关系。
?Coordinate company internal resources & personnel to support the Turnkey projects
内部协调。
?Control the document of the project execution, change orders, requests for information, meeting minutes, project reports and etc.
项目文档管理和控制
?Ensure project safety and quality standard meet or exceed legislated requirements and company policy
确保项目的安全和质量满足国家法规和公司政策的要求。
?Ensure project completed within the contractual deadline
确保项目按时完成。
?On time collection of AR to ensure all the financial target are successfully achieved
准时收款并完成财务目标。
?Support souring dept for subcontractor selection.
支持采购部门选择工程商。
?Effectively manage the needs of customers and ensure overall satisfaction
有效的管理客户需求并确保其总体满意。
?The capability of load calculation and CAD skill.
有负荷计算的能力和CAD技巧。
?The capability of cost estimation of Refrigeration.
项目估价的能力。
?Oversee project management is a plus.
有海外项目管理的能力更好。


REQUIREMENTS/要求:

Qualifications资格
?Degree in HVAC/Refrigeration/Electrical/ Automation /Mechanical Engineering or relevant is desirable
?暖通、制冷、自控、机械或相关专业学历。
?PMP certification or equivalent will be added advantage.
?有项目管理证书更好
Experience经验
?Minimum 5 years’ project management experience and at least 3 years in refrigeration system & cold storage projects.
?至少5年的项目管理经验，其中3年在制冷和冷库行业。
?Turnkey contracting experience
