PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will work to convert design engineering drawings & BOMs to manufacturing drawings & BOMs, then to maintain & improve the manufacturing drawings and BOMS, so as to change and grow of the Wuxi operation into a modern, efficient and high quality organization.
这个职位主要目的是将设计工程部门设计的工程图纸和BOM转化成符合制造所要求的制造图纸和BOM并在系统中维护其正确性,并且可以为了生产效率的提高,成本的节约,质量的提高去更改这些设计图纸和BOM的结构,以达到高效低成本生产的目的.
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Take over manufacturing drawing & BOMs support responsibility right after new product launched, means all drawings & BOMs released by Design Engineering department and full range of initial samples approved by the product development team.
在产品完成试制，正式释放到销售和批量制造后，接管设计部门转移的图纸和BOM，承担制造图纸和BOM的职责。
2.Create the structure of manufacturing drawings and BOMs by evaluate the need with Manufacturing Engineering and other relative people. Implement drawing and BOM structure to both design and manufacturing process.
根据制造工程师和其他相关使用人员的要求,创建符合制造的制造图纸和BOM结构.将符合要求的图纸和BOM结构在设计工程部门和制造部门进行推广。
3.Modify drawings and BOMs as the need of efficiency, quality and cost improvement. But the changes will not affect product performance. Means the changes affect product performance will go through design engineering. The changes will be maintained in shared engineering database.
为了效率,质量和成本的改善,在不影响产品性能的情况下,更改产品或者零件的图纸和BOM.但如果变化涉及到产品性能有可能改变,必须得到技术部门的批准.另所有更改都必须和技术部门在同一平台上进行.
4.Maintain the accuracy of manufacturing drawings and BOMs by work with relative functions.
维护制造图纸和BOM在相关使用区域的准确性
5.Key contact personal to Design Engineering regarding Engineering Change Notice, and then initiative and lead the changes within manufacturing.
当技术部门有ECN时,作为与技术部门的主要联系人和ECN在制造部门实施的负责人跟踪ECN的整个执行过程,并最终确认结果.
6.Jobs as arranged by ME Manager
其他由制造工程经理安排的工作。
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills:
1.Must be proficient with Solidedge draft tools and ERP BOMs maintain.
必须会熟练使用Solidedge 和用ERP系统维护BOM
2. Refrigeration system and product knowledge is a plus.
熟悉制冷系统和产品知识优先
3.Mechanical engineering background is a plus.
制造工程师背景优先
4.Sustaining Engineering background is a plus.
技术维护工程师背景优先
5.ERP LX (BPCS platform) BOMs maintaining experience is a plus.

Education & Experience:
1.Four year college degree, 3 years experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Sustaining Engineer or Design Engineer in a Manufacturing environment. Previous experience with a multi-national company is a plus.
