职位描述：
Main Tasks：
Manage, develop and control site Operations Health within the following areas:
?Secure prerequisites for legal requirements.
?Develop and secure contacts with authorities, relevant internal and external networks to ensure best practice and long term planning.
?Define and maintain strategies, policies and objectives in line with VCC China Operations Business Plan and ambition.
?Develop and maintain local Operations common processes to secure best practice and cost efficiency.
?Develop tools and procedures locally to support legal, organizational and management needs.
?Support Operations Management in Health issues.
?Develop and coordinate the Occupational Health Care towards a generic and lean process.
 Responsibility：
?Fulfill operating budget and resource planning.
?Manage business plans, objectives and investments.
?Planning, follow-up and reporting on operation Health actions.
?Contact and reports to authorities.
Qualification:
?Good knowledge of Occupational Health and industrial hygiene.
?Excellent knowledge in legal requirements for OH and IH.
?Strong business acumen, drive & ambition.
?Team player, good social abilities.
?Product and process knowledge.
?Strong English skills required.
?Networking abilities.
?Medical University degree or equal.
