职位描述：
Responsible for providing complete EHS role for construction projects within the scope but not limited to:

1. Role model an IFE (“Incident and Injury-Free Environment”)
2. Review Safe Behavior, discuss with trades and correct unsafe practices
3. Perform field safety observation/monitor.
4. Ensure that all projects meet minimum EHS requirements mandated in the Minimum Performance Requirement (MPR) manual. Monitor supplier to ensure GC EHS compliance in field with customer & local regulatory requirement
5. Ensure general EHS training/orientation occurs to project personnel.
6. Provide technical expertise to the project teams for hazard identification and mitigation, incident investigation and corrective actions, cultural assessment and management leadership training.
7. Maintain proficiency in the use of PowerPoint*, Word* and Excel* and all any other required software.
8. Ensure core competencies in Construction EHS responsibilities are maintained, including: knowledge in equipment signoff process, demolition procedures, commissioning and/or startup of equipment and systems, establishment of EHS guidelines for co-occupied construction and/or sustaining areas.
9. Provide timely response to all requests (verbal and email) for information or feedback from sponsor.
10. Maintain direct and open communication with project team at all times.
11. Use and maintain all customer required databases real-time (not longer than 1 week out of date).

Requirements

College degree in construction, engineering, chemical, or occupational safety, health, industrial hygiene
At least 5 year of experience in construction safety management
College degree in construction, engineering, chemical, or occupational safety, health, industrial hygiene
Familiar with international construction management techniques
Bilingual, with good English verbal and written skills
Capable of displaying good practices in document controls
A well organized person who works efficiently
Able and responsible to work with minimal supervision
Construction with Mechanical or Electrical experience is preferred
