You will have:
1) A recognised qualification in Marketing or relevant field.
2) Average to higher English spoken/understanding skills to deal with our Australian partners-ability to write email correspondence in English.
3) Demonstrate 2 to 3 years minimum experience in sales/marketing role in a B to C or B to B business.
4) The ability to want to develop the learning experience of younger children (2-8 years) through your sales and marketing efforts.
5) Excellent organisation skills across monitoring and recording your sales calls and general management of our in house booking system. You may take incoming calls from parents or kindergarten enquiries which will require customer relationship skill.
6) You must be able to enjoy speaking with people- If you don't like the idea of picking up the phone to talk with an owner/director of a private kindergarten then this role is not for you.
7) If you have an outgoing personality and want to develop yourself within your role in our company than we can offer the right individual an unlimited opportunity as we roll out our programme across China.
Applicants may require their own car.
