职位描述：
1、负责前厅部的全面工作，对总经理负责；
2、对员工素质、工作效率、服务水准等负有管理和培训的重要责任；
3、负责本部门的工作策划、督导责任；
4、主持本部门业务会议，进行业务沟通；、
5、向部门员工下达工作指标和工作任务，并指导工作；
6、负责与酒店管理系统供应方进行业务联系与沟通；
7、协调纠正部门之间出现的工作矛盾和偏差；
8、检查总台设施是否布置有序，以及服务员工的仪容、仪表和工作质量；
9、检查房间预订情况，了解和掌握房态；
10、制定和实施培训计划，对部门员工进行思想教育和工作培训； 举报 分享
