Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1、Establish sources of supply through the quotation processes including supplier review & evaluations of their capabilities.
2、Work with sourcing team to establish supplier qualification process.
3、Qualify new suppliers to ensure they meet the required engineering specifications as well as the required quality levels.
4、Continuous quality improvement in supplier site and supplier parts.
5、Improve first pass yield and reporting within QC team.
6、Other tasks assigned by direct superior.
Qualifications & Experience：
1、Bachelor degree or above in quality engineering or similar disciplines.
2、Minimum 4 years’ experience of Quality Engineer / Supply Quality Engineer.
3、Certifications in Six Sigma / Quality.
Knowledge:
Excellent knowledge in quality standards such as ISO 9000, QS 9000 VDA6.1 or TS16949.
Skill:
Language: Good command of English & Mandarin both in written and oral.
Computer skills: Mastery of MS Office software.
