Supervised and monitored by the Store Manager, the shop keeper develops the sales of products in the shop.
As brand ambassador of Christophe DUFOSSÉ, the shop keeper must convey the values of the brand through her attitude and communication style.
This function requires a passion for the French art of living and an enthusiasm for the products presented, allowing customers to enjoy a unique and personalized shopping experience.
FUNCTIONS :
Highlight the products sold in store
Inform customers
Listen to customers and identify their needs
Participate in the upsales of the Boutique
Perform cash purchases by mode of payment
Pack the products and make gift baskets
PROFILE :
Be dynamic, motivated and smiling
Be careful (a nice personal statement is required)
Have experience working as a seller or hostess in Luxury establishment
Having a talent for selling and be results oriented
Have very good communication skills
Have computer skills
Speak French and / or English and have good business knowledge in English
Be customer-oriented
Be flexible in the hours and days of work
Have a passion for French products
Recognize herself in an element of luxury and refinement
Know remain distant with customers
Know personalize her service
