工作职责：

1 、了解电子商务运营模式，熟悉网络产品的推广渠道；负责平台相关的商务合作与开发；

2 、对网站业务进行策划并实施市场推广活动，并对推广效果进行跟踪；

3 、与合作伙伴的联络与谈判，签署合作协议，产品上线整合、业务沟通协调、合理跟进等；

4 、建立业务合作网络和渠道，拓展并维护合作伙伴关系，深入挖掘潜在资源进行深度合作；

5 、建立并维护合作伙伴资料，评估对外合作项目的可行性；

6 、公司其他对外合作的商务洽谈及协调工作；

7 、以项目类型进行资源整合及方案制订，进行内外合作协调并进行项目的执行、监督、结项，把控合作预期效果；

8 、制定平台年度、季度 BD 拓展计划，发展运营联盟；

任职要求：

1、男女不限，年龄25岁以上，大学专科以上学历；

2、三年以上 BD 市场相关工作经验，二年以上互联网渠道拓展、合作工作经验；

3、有较强的沟通协调和项目管理能力，具备商务洽谈经验，并善于沟通、维护客户关系，并了解互联网渠道；

4、良好的独立工作能力、谈判技巧、协调能力、合同制作能力；

5、良好的沟通与展示技巧等专业技能和 良好的文案功底；

6、需证明工作成绩及个人发展成果。
