因公司发展需要，目前国能集团正在招纳旗下投融资公司投融资经理3名。

职位描述:
1、负责公司投融资项目所属行业分析、产业政策市场分析；
2、协助进行公司战略规划与实施、战略任务的分解与调整、战略实施的指导和监督；
3、根据公司要求对投融资项目探寻、筛选和评估。
对公司交易结构设计、财务模型构建、投融资方式确立、企业估值与投资回报分析，独立拟定项目投融资相关文件；
4、负责管理和维护公司与银行及非银行金融机构、证券机构、投资基金等客户的公共关系，建立、维护支撑公司投资的统一平台；
5、积极与投融资方洽谈，向投融资方取得最佳的投融资额度和优惠条件，便于公司及时准备引资工作；
6、负责进行市场拓展，开展公司相关业务，建立、开发、维系重点客户关系；
7、完成上级交办的其他事项；
岗位要求：
1、大学专科以上，年龄28-40岁； 金融、经济学、财务等相关专业；
2、3年以上小额贷款公司、投资、金融、银行、券商、信托行业从业经历；
3、了解国家财经方面相关法律政策，熟悉战略管理和投资管理业务；
4、具有良好的分析解决问题能力及较强的财务分析、风险预测能力；
