Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Report to: Director of Operations of Chengdu ThyssenKrupp Fawer Spring Co.
Work Location: Chengdu Economic & Technological Development Zone (Longquanyi District)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Establishes the equipment management system, including rules, regulations standards, and ensures the implementations.
2. In charge of equipment's overall maintenance management, and achieves such KPI as the reduction of equipment downtime; provides relevant OEE data and the equipment operational maintenance record.
3. In charge of preventive maintenance plans, daily maintenance plans and their implementation.
4. Responsible for enhancing equipment's technical performance so as to improve its efficiency, security and lifetime.
5. Implements high efficient maintenance methods and lean tools such as 5s, TPM.
6. Responsible for making the annual maintenance budget, and ensures the maintenance expense are within the budget.
7. In charge of new equipment's installation, commissioning and final acceptance.
8. Maintains equipment and spare parts manuals, and other technical documents provided by the suppliers.
9. In charge of annual spare parts plan, purchasing application of spare parts, and monitoring their management. Optimizes the spare parts' quality, quantity and inventory management.
10. Develops and trains the maintenance team, sets up the departmental training plans and implements them, and conducts the relevant trainings for maintenance department and other departments.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with majors in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial automation, or other relevant fields.
2. Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience in mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and at least 5 years management experience, multinational company is preferred.
3. Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949, ISO14001. Experience in SAP is a plus.
4. Strong communication and people management skills.
5. Fluent oral and written English.
6. Proficient in MS Office.
7. Analytical and Systematic thinking, ready to learn, and being able to solve problems.
