任职要求：

1、成本合约、工程、招标等相关专业统招本科及以上学历；
2、2年以上房地产企业相关招标、成本合约及管理经验；
3、熟悉工程招标的基本流程并掌握工程施工技术及规范；
4、具备较强的招投标管理技能及合约管理技能；
5、良好的职业操守，具备一定的语言与商务谈判能力。
