Mission of Function
Apply advanced management concept and skill, manage/maintenance/repair the Power Supply, Building Automation, Firing Alarm, Lighting, Lightning & Earthling , ESM(Energy Saving Management), ESD(Electrostatic Discharge), Network, CCTV of total plant, keep them in good condition and improve their efficiency. Support electrical installation, commissioning and revamping of new machines in the factory. Support facility manager to complete new projects and contribute the continuous improvement progress.

Task
- Propose the annual and monthly preventative maintenance plan of all the electrical system and keep the their data complete and updated
- Fix the fault of the electrical system to ensure them for the production. - Oversee and supervise the maintenance or repair service delivered by external vendor and communicate and remediate any discrepancies or gap
- Instruct, supervise and check the work of the internal/external maintenance team and provide suitable training to internal team
- Report and analyze the operation and cost of the facilities and improve the purchase and control of spare parts

Competencies
-Technology of mechanical, energy-saving and electrical and safety, installation, project management, communication, analysis and report skills

Experience
- >3 years experience as facility management (water/electricity/compress air/etc) in electronics manufacturing industry or infra structure or relative manufactory
-Electrical or automation major, college or above
-Maintaining and operating Siemens MV/Transformer/LV/BA/FA, etc products and system skillfully
-Familiar with electrical standard
-Good planning, good at communication and coordination
