Mission of Function
Support and advance the business goals of SEWC by providing compliance related business advice to SEWC management, and through the effective implementation of a comprehensive compliance program within the SEWC.

Task
- Implementation of a Compliance Program.
- Designing and leading a Compliance Organization within SEWC.
- Individually, and through the Compliance organization developed.
- Being a regular participant in the ´Limits of Authority´ (LoA) meetings.
- Supplementing training materials provided and providing frequent training on compliance matters to personnel of SEWC.
- Ensuring that at least once every two years, managers both sign the employee's Compliance Declaration and recognize they are undertaking a commitment to abide by the law and the Business Conduct Guidelines.
- Ensuring that regular business-related controls are performed and documented.
- Reviewing the Compliance Program and proposing necessary changes, particularly after violations have been identified.
- Implement processes and controls for contracts with and payments to business consultants.
- Support the Implementation of the circulars related compliance issues.
- Report all actual investigations.
- Report every alleged violation.
- Report the status of the compliance program.
- At the end of each quarter, report to SLC SCO/DCO in written form on the activities.
- At the end of each year, submit a detailed written report.
- Immediately report every alleged violation of accounting practices.
- Provide assistance to the extent requested.
- Keeping him/her informed about important business issues.
- Keeping him/her informed about developments with regard to compliance.

Knowledge
-Legal, finance, audit related knowledge.

Requirements
- Proven Leadership skills, good listener, good communicator, trusted leader, well organized.
- Person of middle management.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Experience for 5+ years in operating business responsibility.
- Desirable experience: legal background, controlling and governance role.
-Team work experience.
- Dedication to high ethical standards.
- Clean record of compliance issues.
- No conflict of interest with other functions performed for Siemens.
