For Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd Suzhou Chengdu Branch, we are looking Material Lab Engineer in Chengdu. This role will be responsible for performing raw material measurement, analyzing electronic component failure, testing reliability using relevant tools; managing the material lab with rules and setting up regulations; reporting to the incoming inspection TL as an individual contributor

What are my responsibilities/我的工作职责是什么?
-Set up the rules and regulations in the material lab. Perform regular lab equipment maintenance to keep them in good condition. Contact vendors to repair equipment in case of needs;
-Overall lab capability management. Plan and set up the lab capability and ensure reasonable resources allocation to meet business needs;
-Hands on job to carry out raw material measurement, electronic component failure analysis and reliability testing using relevant tools or equipment. Deliver tool usage training to other employees;
-External contact window for out-sourcing lab service coordination (measurement, failure analysis, reliability testing).

What do I need to qualify for this job/我如何才能胜任?
-Experience with raw material measurement (e.g. 3D measurement, electrical measurement, coating thickness measurement, etc), electronic component failure analysis (e.g. cross section, microscope, X-ray, etc), reliability testing (Temperature circling, temperature humidity, etc) using lab equipment and tools
-Experience with lab management rules and regulations as well as lab equipment maintenance/repairing-Professional knowledge of Material Planning
-Good command of English
->3 years experience in lab area
-Lab management / raw material measurement/ electronic component failure analysis and reliability testing
-Working experience in multinational company is preferred
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
