Kennametal: Making the difference that lasts
This position is part of Greater China HRBP Team. Report to Greater China HRD and Plant GM (sales&manu). In charge of over 200 head accounts including 150 operation and 50 sales staff.

岗位职责:
Training & Talent Development
- Optimize training system, incl. profession training, operator on the job training & cross training.
- Responsible for annual training plan preparation and update regularly according to actual needs adjustment
- Control the training cost is within the reasonable budget
- Search and negotiate with external training companies, institutions, trainers;
- Set up Internal Trainer pool and develop incentive program to internal trainer
- Periodically talent review and succession planning down to supervisor/ engineer level.
- Coach and review key talents development plan with line managers
Performance Management
- Responsible for employee's probation and contract review follow up, and provide professional HR comments to department managers
- Coach Managers to draft PIP for low performer and follow up results.
Employee Relations
- Ensure KVBS & BECC 100% compliance in Xuzhou plant
- Handle Labor Arbitration Cases
- Annual best employee and team appraisal & reward
- Organize employee activities to improve employee morale
- Conduct plant mini VOE survey or global VOE survey, create and implement VOE improvement action plan
Staffing
- Headcount forecast as per biz forecast
- Temp Intern hiring
Others
- Update 2nd level HR Policy & Regulation in Xuzhou plant
- Provide HR guide to line managers and employee
- Consultant to the plant manager on labor law compliance and lawsuit risk analysis.
- Attend all related management team meeting in plant
- Join plant activities, eg. EHS, Lean, TPM, K100, ISO9000 & 14000, etc.
- Cooperate with SSC & Total Rewards for Payroll & Benefit related works
- Maintain good relation with local government
