职位描述：

Tasks/工作职责:

- Mechanical Design of new product development

- 新产品机械结构设计

- Modification and improvements of existing products

- 改进优化现有产品

- Customer support

- Responsible for Non-catalogue project issue

- 负责非标项目产品的跟进

- Trouble-shootings of product quality issues

- 产品质量问题解决

- Coordination with external authorities in terms of certificates

- 就证书事宜与外部机构合作

- Assist purchasing department choose suppliers

- 协助采购部门选择供应商

- Coordination and cooperation with German HQ’s R&D

- 参与德国总部研发人员沟通合作

Requirements/要求:

- Self-motivated and passionate, able to work independent and as part of an international team, good communication skills

- 热情有上进心，沟通能力强，作为国际团队一员，能独立胜任工作

- Bachelor degree in mechanical related

- 机械相关专业学士学位

- At least 3 years R&D working experience with plastic designing

- 3年以上塑料件的设计工作经验

- Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player

- 很好的沟通技能和团队合作精神

- Good English skills, CET 4 above, can communicate by oral English.

- 熟练使用英文，CET 4 以上，可以口语基本交流

- Familiar with AutoCAD and Inventor software, or solidworks

- 熟练使用AutoCAD 和 Inventor 或solidworks设计软件

- Experience in working for an international company is preferred

- 有跨国公司工作经验者优先

Reports to: Head of R&D

Location: Shanghai
