职位描述

Job Description:

- Recruitment: on-line job advertisement updating, CV screen, conduct junior position interview and provide professional comments, provide candidate shortlist to line manager according position requirements, face to face interview arrangement, record all interview result and input it into computer for future use .


-Training: implement annual training survey and proposal. Conduct the training of company policy and HR briefing to all staffs. Cooperate with line manager and trainer to work out the training schedule and monitor the training status. Formulate training report to provide appraisal and facilitate the training process.


-Staff C&B service: to provide staff information and manpower report to HR Director, to deal with social insurance transaction, housing fund transaction, Hu Kou transferring, file archive for staff. To calculate monthly payroll and distribute salary details. Consult with staff for benefits problems and give them prompt feedback.


Profile:

- Education:University graduated

- Languages:Fluent mandarin,good English in writing and reading

-Professional experience & know how: Above 5 yrs relevant experience in HR general areas ---Technical & management skills:

-General software and financial knowledge

-Fluent English both in written and oral,CET-4 is essential

-Hands-on experience of MS-OfficeGood leadership

Personal & interpersonal skills:

-Logical thinking, quick-learning ability, good problem-solving skills

- Good working attitude and teamwork spirit

- Willing to work under big pressure
