目标/基本职能

Objective/ Primary Function

作为技术运营部助理 As Assistant to Technical Operation Dept.:

成为技术运营部和分公司以及运营部之间的纽带，向相关人员解释达尔凯的工作方法。

To be the link of the operations VGM and the staff in the subsidiaries or in the operations department, to allow a direct link with the subsidiaries, and to explain the Dalkia working method to the Chinese management

职责描述

Responsibilities

1. 协助技术经理日常工作，包括行政等方面；

Assistant Technical in his day to day work in terms of administrative work and logistics

2. 确保副总经理和运营部各经理以及分公司间沟通的顺畅；

Assure the efficient communication between Technical Manager, Managers of Operation Department and the subsidiaries

3. 起草报告和会议纪要；

Draft relevant reports and meeting minutes

4. 协助技术经理进行简单的技术和财务计算；

Assist Technical Manager to do necessary simple technical and financial analysis

5. 需要到各分公司出差；

Travel among subsidiaries in China

职位要求

Position Requirement

外语要求

Foreign Language

英语，如会法语更好。

English, French is preferred.

工作经验

Working Experience

1. 有锅炉，电厂或供热管网经验；

Experience in boiler plants, networks or cogeneration,

2. 如有一定项目建设经验更好。

Experience in project construction is preferable

教育背景

Education

本科以上学历，工程专业。

Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering.

专业知识

Professional Knowledge

1. 热力系统工程师，对供热管网了解；

Thermal engineer with good knowledge of heating networks

2. 如有一定财务知识更好。

Basic financial knowledge is preferable

计算机技能

Computer Skills

微软Word, Excel, Power point。

Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

其它要求

Other requirements

1. 有良好的沟通和理解能力；

Good communication skills and good ability to understand.

2. 有潜力短时间内承担更多的管理责任。

Able to quickly take more responsibility in terms of management.
