职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1. To issue Authorization Letter ＆ the related bidding document based on the project bidding.
2. To receive customer POs and review PO terms with Gerflor terms..
3. To manage the POs in system with the right quantity and all other necessary conditions／terms.
4. To acknowledge the PO and prepare sales contract to customer.
5. To confirm the delivery date to customer
6. To give delivery instructions to Warehouse
7. To assist CS Supervisor to carry out other assignments.

Requirement:

1.Fluent English (Oral & Written)
2.ERP System

3.Skilled in office software.
4.***， Married， has similar customer service experience.
5.Can work under high pressure.

6.Responsible and Initiative.

7.Positive in the interfaces with other functions.
