职位描述：
职责/Duties & Responsibilities
1. 分析标准工时，时间收集和分析，使标准工时在最新版本。/Analysis standard working hours, do the time collect and make the time study, to keep the standard working hours at the last version.
2. 制定和维护标准产能和标准人力，通过标准工时分析及标准化持续提升生产效率并进行生产线平衡。/ Develop and maintain the capacity of production and manpower. Do the line balance and drive productivity improvement continuously by working hour analysis and standardization.
3. 工艺设备维护及改进,起草工装夹具的图纸。/ Do the maintenance and improvement of process equipment. Draft the drawing of clamps and fixtures.
4. 物料清单,工作中心,工艺路线, 作业指导和工程更改的制作及维护。/ Setup and update master data of BOM , routing ,work center，WI and ECN in system.
5. 新产品引进及生产布局规划。/ Transfer the technology from headquarter, prepare layout for new workshop/current workshop change.
6. 熟悉产品特性，进行产品失效分析及措施实施，评估有效性。/ Be familiar with the product technology, do the trouble shooting, plan and execute corrective action, control effectiveness.
7. 应用IE七大手法及其他改善工具推动持续改善CIP。沟通协调相关部门,通过产品分析，制程分析，生产改进等推动浪费的排除。缩短生产周期，提升产品质量，并降低成本，完善改善流程。/Apply IE seven greatest skills and other improvement skill to facilitate improvement (CIP/Lean) activity in targeted area. Coordinate with other dept. for cross-functional improvement activities, to shorten the production cycle, get rid of waste, improve the quality, reduce the cost and perfect the CIP process.
8. 发起并发展有效、精益的制造流程，确保流程的合理性。进行生产流程控制，关注精益生产项目的跟踪、推进。/To initiate and develop effective and lean manufacturing processes, and ensure process rationalization. Control the production process, track and progress the lean manufacturing project.
9. 主管安排的其他任务。/Other flexible task assigned by superior.

岗位要求/Employment Expectations
1、 机电一体化，工业工程或机械，电子类相关专业本科毕业。/Graduate with university degree in mechatronics，industrial engineering，or engineering related.
2、 具有机械/电子/电器/电磁相关专业背景。/Manufacturing in mechanical/electronic/electrical/magnetics industrial experience is preferred.
3、 熟悉流程控制优先。/Familiarity with process control is preferred.
4、 良好电脑应用技能。/Be skillful in PC software。
5、 英语良好。/Basic English speaking and writing.
6、 较强的分析能力。/Method analytic thinking.
7、 良好的沟通技巧及团队合作能力。/ Good communication and coordinating ability. 举报 分享
