Purpose of the Job
The Project Contract Manager is responsible for the Contract Management of one or several projects from contract award up to the final acceptance of the work and final account. He/she is an active member during the Tender final phase.

Responsibilities
1.Prepare Contract Summary and ensure it is widely communicated and regularly updated
2.Ensure elaboration of the CDRL (Contractual Deliverable Requirements List) by the Project team members is launched in time, and ensure it is accurately communicated and updated.
3.Monitor Works towards contract obligations; check schedule and all milestones compliance
4.Establish and implement project specific commercial procedures, particularly regarding correspondences, notifications, insurances, variation requests / orders and claims preparation files. Ensure a reliable filing and easy access of the correspondence from, and to, the customer/partners.
5.Develop a pragmatic commercial approach based on contractual analysis of project, to protect on a daily basis AT interests towards customer, partners and, in liaison with sourcing, suppliers/subcontractors
6.Log and notice facts to customer, prepare and manage all elements and materials for negotiation of claims and counterclaims
7.Anticipate events and risks, make risk analysis report, propose various counter-strategies and commercial solutions to keep the situation under control
8.Monitor customer/partners requests to detect variation / change orders to be proposed
9.Management of customer/partners Variation Requests / Orders: follow up the VR / VO list, prepare commercial offer and prepare associated contractual letters for the CD / PM approval
10.Manage correspondence by analyzing for the Project Manager all incoming correspondence, and preparing and reviewing all outgoing correspondence
11.Provide to the CD, PM & RCMD (Regional Contract Management Director) a monthly project contractual activity report and when relevant, alert or flash email
12.Inform RCMD and dedicated in-house lawyer about any amendment, variation, claim, and/or breach that could have significant impact on project in terms of cost and time
13.Provide at any time, on Management demand, a reliable and understandable contractual and commercial analysis of the project

Requirements
1.B.S. degree
2.At least 5 years project execution experience with 3 years experience as contract manager role in multinational company
3.Knowledge of how to write contracts/letters and their related Terms and Conditions
4.Good computer skills, including familiarity with text input
5.Ability to communicate effectively
6.Chinese and English language fluent
7.Knowledge of ALSTOM Traction, Static I***erters and Train Control Management System products preferred 举报 分享
