岗位职责：

1.负责世豪金河谷住宅底商招商工作，负责招商推广工作，完成个人指标；

2.掌握公司招商政策，收集市场信息，并及时反馈；负责各阶段招商计划，并推行计划的顺利开展；

3.负责与经销商洽谈，签订销售合同，积极完成新老客户的开发与维护；

4.定期拜访客户，充分沟通，及时帮助客户解决问题，保障客户销量的稳定上升；

5.建立和维护客户信息档案，对客户销售情况全程跟踪并做相应的分析；

职位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，有1年以上相关岗位的工作经验；

2.具有优秀的团队管理能力，敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力，能有效开发客户资源；

3.具有优秀的谈判能力、自我约束能力，抗压能力好。

4.具有成功案例，零售、配套***。
